KNOW YOUR STARTING POINT

The fitment library.

Source-linked rotor dimensions for the sport quads that matter.

Catalog measurements ≠ complete fitment. Dimensions refer to the cited replacement rotor, which may differ from the original. “—” means unverified, never zero. Model years are the source’s coverage, not a complete production history. All dimensions are mm.

MEASURE TWICE. DESIGN ONCE.

From reference to rotor.

A little context for a better starting point.

01

Match the exact machine

Select your make, model and front or rear location. Check the linked reference for year, variant and part number. Catalog coverage is limited; utility, youth and three-wheel ATVs are outside this collection.

02

Measure the mounting geometry

PCD is the diameter through the mounting-hole centers. For equally spaced holes, PCD = adjacent center distance ÷ sin(180° / hole count). Measure the bore, hole diameter, thickness and offset too. An unlisted offset does not mean a flat rotor.

03

Explore a balanced pattern

Round and wave profiles, polar arrays, drilling and slots share one live drawing. The track inner diameter positions the cut pattern; it is a concept value, not a measured pad-sweep dimension. Finishes change appearance only.

04

Take a drawing into CAD

SVG uses millimeters. DXF uses millimeters and separate PROFILE, BORE, MOUNTING and VENTS layers. Wave outlines and slots are closed polylines. The 3D view extrudes the drawing to the selected thickness; it supports orbit, top and edge views, wireframe, PNG renders, and STL export. Offset, countersinks, tolerances and material specifications are not modeled.

Designed for exploration.

The geometry check looks for intersecting cuts and less than 1.5 mm of space between features. That threshold is a drawing check, not a strength requirement. A brake specialist must verify the full fitment and engineering design before manufacture or use. Area and mass are estimates using 7.8 g/cm³ steel; they do not predict braking performance.
